The Shuttle service is a complimentary service just for the Potomac Gateway Building- 2800 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA. 22202. 

1. The Shuttle always parks in front of the Potomac Gateway Building.

2. Patients can step on board of the shuttle without showing an ID.

3. The Shuttle operates Monday through Friday on all Holidays except Christmas and New Year’s Day.

      The first Departure from the Crystal City Metro departs at 7:00 am, the first arrival at 2800 Crystal Drive is at 7:05 am, the first arrival at the Pentagon is 7:15 am, then the Shuttle returns to the Metro for a 7:30 am Departure, 7:35 am arrival at 2800 Crystal Drive, & a 7:45 am arrival at the Pentagon.
 
     This pattern continues every 30 minutes until Noon.  Starting at Noon the Shuttle Departs 2800 Crystal Drive at 12:30pm, arrival at the Crystal City Metro at 12:05 pm, & Pentagon at 12:15 pm. This pattern continues until the final Departure from 2800 Crystal Drive at 6:30 pm, arriving at Crystal City Metro at 6:35 pm, and the route ends with a final stop at the Pentagon at 6:45pm

4. The Shuttle Stops are: *Potomac Gateway: 2800 Crystal Drive *Crystal City Metro: 260 18th Street South  *Pentagon, North Rotary Rd & South Fern Street 

5. Driver may take alternate routes to stops if traffic is heavy during Rush Hour.

6. If there is a need to contact the Driver of the Shuttle for any reason, please call the Beltway Transportation office Number which is 301-420-5100, there is someone on call 24/7.
